Albany > Man Shot in the Buttocks

ALBANY — A man was shot in the buttocks on Thursday night.

The shooting occurred around 10:45 p.m. outside of an apartment complex on the 2400 block of Nottingham Way. Two men were outside of the complex in the parking lot when they were approached by a gunman.

The two men fled the scene but one of them suffered a gunshot wound to the buttocks and was taken to Phoebe North Hospital.

The victim’s name and condition have not been released at this time. The gunman was described wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and white shoes.
