Valdosta > As Temperatures Rise, Company Looks to Keep Valdosta Cool

| April 14, 2015

VALDOSTA — In South Georgia, a reliable air conditioning system is imperative for getting through those hot summer days. As temperatures reached nearly 90 degrees on Friday, Chamber Ambassadors celebrated the opening Valdosta’s newest heating and air conditioning distributor, Climatic Comfort Products. The ribbon cutting ceremony was well attended by community members and Climatic Comfort Products customers and featured a barbeque lunch.

“We are excited to have the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber help introduce us to the community,” said Marketing Coordinator Gigi Keller. “We hope to provide great service to many heating and AC dealers in your area.”

Climatic Comfort Products is a southeast-based wholesale distributor of American Standard heating and air conditioning HVAC products. The company has been building strong, reliable relationships with customers in the southeast since 1956, currently targeting and servicing residential and commercial HVAC contractors and dealers in Georgia, Alabama and Florida. Their Valdosta location opened in March.

“Spring is a time when consumers in this area need to turn their air conditioners on and get them working,” said Spencer Sturkie, president of Climatic Comfort Products. “We wanted to be in the market and have product available to this community as soon as we could. The flowers are blooming, the pollen is out and the air conditioning systems are working! Timing is absolutely perfect for us – we’re happy to be here in Valdosta.”
