Albany > Man Hospitalized After Being Stabbed By Ex-Girlfriend

ALBANY — An Albany man is in the hospital with stab wounds from his ex-grilfriend, after breaking into her apartment.

The man, 35-year-old Avery Sinclair is still being treated for his injuries after being stabbed around midnight on Monday morning.

Sinclair kicked down the door of his girlfriend’s apartment at Gardens, Too apartment complex. His girlfriend, 44-year-old Sabrina Bryant stabbed Sinclair with an unknown object. Police reported that Bryant was using the object as a form of self defense. Bryant was not injured.

Sinclair received charges of simple battery and criminal trespass. No charges were filed against Bryant.
