Valdosta > One Person Shot At The Citgo Station

VALDOSTA — W.G. Nunn Elementary and J.L. Newbern Middle School were locked down this morning after someone was shot at a nearby Citgo station.

The victim was shot at the Citgo station on Forest Avenue near Northside Drive. The person was not killed but did get shot in the head.

    Yet, another reason to leave this place. It seems like there is starting to be more and more gun violence among the individuals of Valdosta. Between the robberies and multiple shooting incidents that have happened over the past few months, I would say that the future is bleak at best. I know….every place one lives will have this problem, but still Is there anything being done to help those that need it?
