Cleveland > FBI Post Reward related to Donalsonville Robbery

CLEVELAND – The Federal Bureau of Investigation Northern District of Ohio has announced a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a fugitive on a multistate crime spree.

Robert Roy Clark is wanted in connection with a string of robberies and murders in multiple states.  A Stasburg, Ohio couple was killed and Clark is the primary suspect.

He is traveling with Jeffrey Caley, 28, and Tabatha Marie Hazel, 27.  All three have been identified in surveillance videos in connection with the robberies, displaying a sawed-off shotgun and pistol.  The FBI considers them armed and very dangerous.

The three are also believed by the FBI to have robbed a gas station in Sissonville, West Virginia, a convenience store in Anderson, South Carolina and a gas station in Donalsonville.

They were last seen traveling in a green Dodge Caravan with Ohio license plates.

Clark is wanted on a Federal Warrant for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution on the Homicide Warrant.  Felony warrants have also been issued by the Kanawha County, West Virginia Sheriff’s Office for all three suspects.
