VALDOSTA — On Monday, Jan.19, two Valdosta businesses received bomb threats. The Valdosta Police Department received reports that a male caller made terroristic threats towards Rite Aid on N. Oak Street Ext. and Walmart on Norman Drive.

The caller stated that he was driving a black vehicle with a bomb inside, and that he was going to drive in front of these businesses and blow them up.

The VPD is still investigating the threats, although they believe they came from an unsatisfied customer.
