Valdosta > Arrest Made in Gordon Street Burglary

VALDOSTA — Valdosta Police arrest 1 and search for others related to an early morning burglary Friday.

Valdosta Police responded to an alarm activation at 307 West Gordon Street. The first officer on scene observed an African American male lowering himself from a window at the backside of the residence.

The officer ordered the male to stop, but he instead fled on foot. Three more African American males were seen climbing out of another window and they also fled on foot. Officers searched the area and the first African American male who ran was apprehended and identified as Kenyon Dennis. Dennis was arrested, transported to the Lowndes County Jail, and is being charged with Burglary. The other offenders were not located and the case is still under investigation.
