Albany > Body Found in House Ruled Murder

ALBANY –  Albany Police have charged an Albany woman with murder and aggravated assault.

Ashley Riley, 31, has been charged with murder in the death of Jimmy Fennell, 37.  In addition, Riley was charged with aggravated assault.

Fennell’s body was found at a house on 311 West Tift Avenue in Albany with a lacerated throat.

Shortly after the investigation began on Tuesday, Riley was arrested and charged related to the death.
