VALDOSTA — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has made an arrest related to the double homicide in Morven.

Anthony Ceasar, 33, has been charged with 2 counts each of malice murder, felony murder, and aggravated assault.

The suspect was also arrested and charged with murder in September related to a shooting in Lake Park involving the deaths of Kenneth Johnson and Lashanda Williams.

The Morven incident, which also occurred last September, involved the shooting death of two Valdosta State Prison employees, siblings, at their home in Morven.  The sister, Anisa Mobley, and brother, Wilbur Mobley, worked as corrections officers.

Reports claim Ceasar is in custody at an undisclosed location, but will be taken to Lowndes County for arraignment.
