Lacey McLemore, Valdosta Today Fashion Contributor:

I’ve gotten about a trillion compliments on my Fall purse this season so I decided to write a post and give you all the link on where to get it. Surprise! It’s CHEAP.

purseThis Faux Leather Quilted Crossbody from Forever21 gets an array of compliments for different reasons from all different age groups, but I love the way it lends its structure so easily to any look. For more of an understated, chic look, the short hand strap looks great on the wrist. However, the shoulder strap is perfect when my hands are full for a carefree demeanor or for more causal outfits. I also love that the shoulder strap is fully adjustable—perfect for shorties like me.

The silver hardware has held up surprisingly well for a purse that was under $25, and the faux leather gives the feel of a much more expensive item. I can’t tell you how many people have been shocked to find I found it at Forever21. It hasn’t cracked under the pressure of all of the items I’ve put in it, hasn’t been discolored, and the inside hasn’t ripped.

purse 2There’s also plenty of room inside which is really important to me. The flap opens the purse via a hidden magnetic closure which is great for ease on the go. Inside, there is a zippered pocket for private storage as well as a couple of open pockets I’ve been using for my phone and lip gloss. Yes ladies, it even holds the iPhone 6 as well as my travel NYX palette, a medium size Vera Bradley wallet, a bottle of pain reliever, mints, keys (with pepper spray) as well as various other items that get thrown in as the day goes on. I’ve honestly never had a problem with it being over stuffed! Finally, the color is perfect for this reason as it can be easily paired with browns as well as blacks, and the style is versatile enough for jeans and a flannel shirt or a pencil skirt and heels.

Rush out and buy it now here!

In order to do this it’s not only important to understand who you are, but to have the confidence to present yourself accordingly. In my articles, you’ll find reviews of both classic pieces as well as trends, how they can best suit your body type and style, as well as styling ideas. And, soon you’ll find nothing in your closet but loveable, versatile pieces which make you feel luxurious!
