| October 14, 2014

Lowndes-County-Sheriff's-Patrol-Car-SideVALDOSTA — More drugs and dealers are off the street thanks to the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office.

Monday investigators from the Special Operations Division of the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 1631 Lexington Circle, Valdosta. During the service of this warrant, investigators recovered a quantity of methamphetamine and the necessary items for the manufacture of methamphetamine. The occupants of the home had assembled the components and recently manufactured methamphetamine.

April Pollock, Monty Wilson and Justin Bloodsworth were all arrested and taken to the Lowndes County Jail.

The lab components and ingredients were dismantled and packaged by investigators from the Sheriff’s Office who have been specially trained in the mediation of such labs.

This group will appear in the Lowndes County Magistrate Court for an arraignment hearing this afternoon where a bond will be considered.

Sheriff Prine is asking that anyone with information on this incident or other events to contact the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office at {229} 671-2950; anonymous tips can be provided at (229)671-2985 or on line at www.lowndessheriff.com.
