VALDOSTA — Local and regional authorities continue to make arrests involving the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Offenders have come up with some creative way of producing the highly addictive and sometimes deadly drug; from major operations found in rural areas to shake and bake quick production methods to mobile production operations found in cars and trucks traveling on area roadways.

In a recent incident 46-ear old Tina Sampson and 31-year old Donald Shaddix were arrested at the Jolly Inn Motel in Valdosta after an anonymous tip was given to police. The duo had set in a meth production in their motel room in one of the busiest areas of town, right off of Interstate 75.
