Albany Man Struck by Lightning

140903 Lightning StrikeALBANY — A man was struck by lightning Tuesday night in central Albany. Witnesses tell WALB he was working on a car outside 711 West 1st Avenue after 8:30 p.m. when a lightning bolt hit and sent the man into cardiac arrest. Those witnesses performed CPR until paramedics arrived and rushed the man to Phoebe Putney Hospital. There is no report of his name or his condition at the time of this report.
