VALDOSTA, GA – J. Martin LeFiles Jr., ChFC and Nicholas J. Valenti, Jr., CPA, CFP, have provided financial planning and investment advisory services independently for many years. In January 2014, they decided to merge their practices, creating LeFiles Valenti Financial Advisors, LLC.  LeFiles and Valenti are both registered in Georgia as Investment Advisor Representatives with Interactive Financial Advisors, a national Registered Investment Advisor firm affiliated with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

LeFiles Valenti Financial Advisors is an independent, fee-based investment advisory firm offering a complete range of financial planning and investment management services to its clients. The firm’s goal is to provide unbiased financial advice and services to assist its clients in meeting their lifetime financial goals. The firm also functions on a client fee basis rather than commission for investment advice and account management. LeFiles says this system holds him and his employees to a strict fiduciary standard. “We must always act in the best interests of our clients, not the firm.”

LeFiles is a Chartered Financial Consultant, a designation awarded by the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. LeFiles also holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Valdosta State University and is a former small business consultant with the Small Business Development Center at Valdosta State University. Valenti is a Certified Financial Planner, a designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards.  Valenti is also a Certified Public Accountant and is a partner and principal in the Valdosta CPA firm of Valenti, Rackley, and Associates, LLC.

LeFiles believes that the firm’s association with Interactive Financial Advisors is the key to the business’s success and makes the firm stand out among other financial advisors. “In working with our clients, we follow the Someone Who CARES philosophy established by IFA, by utilizing a four step Personal Values Process (PVP) focused on the client,” said LeFile. “Through this process, we discover what is really important to the client, analyze their situation to prioritize their goals and cash flow, provide solutions that offer the most value in the areas of investments and risk management, and finally implement a well-structured and documented service plan for communications, plan adjustments, and future meetings.” This process enables the firms to learn and understand what is important to the client and ensure that the investment recommendations that are made are tailored to meet the client’s goals and objectives.

LeFiles Valenti Financial Advisors is located at 208 W Park Avenue in Valdosta and can be reached at 229-247-8005.
