Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office Search for Missing Woman

Aileen-Duff-Missing-Person VALDOSTA, GA – The Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to assist in finding a missing person.

Around 3:00 Monday afternoon the family of Ailene Duff, who is 80 years old reported that she left her home on Wallace Drive in Valdosta around 9:00 this morning and has failed to return or contact anyone in the family. Ailene Duff has previously become disoriented while driving and got lost but this is unusual for her to not contact someone.

Ailene Duff is driving a red-in-color Jeep Liberty that has a Georgia tag: WD58AA and the vehicle has damage to the right rear bumper. Ailene Duff is 5’5” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds.

After being contacted by the family, deputies and investigators immediately began searching for Ailene Duff but have been unsuccessful in locating her.
Sheriff Prine is asking that anyone who has contact with Ailene Duff or her vehicle to contact their local law enforcement. The Criminal Investigation Division of the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office may be contacted at {229} 671-2950.
