voter-vote-georgia-flagATLANTA, GA – The “My Voter Page” was launched in March of 2010.  It gave Georgia voters the opportunity to view their specific sample ballot, find their early voting and election day polling locations, check voter registration status and track the status of their absentee ballot.  Now, all of this information is available on mobile devices on the Apple and Android platforms.  Just search for “GA Votes” in the app store.

Kemp launched the new app last week at a combined Georgia Election Officials Association/Voter Registrars Association of Georgia annual meeting in Augusta, GA with election leaders from across the state.  It is believed that Georgia is the first state in the nation to offer both online registration as well as an innovative application like “My Voter Page”.

Brian Kemp has been Secretary of State since January 2010.  Among the office’s wide-ranging responsibilities, the Secretary of State is charged with conducting secure, accessible and fair elections, the registration of corporations, the oversight and regulation of securities and the administration of professional license holders.
