Early Friday morning, at approximately 12:47 am, the Valdosta Police Department responded to the report of a robbery that occurred at the Murphy Express, 277 Norman Drive.

According to the victim, at approximately 12:40 am a dark skinned, African American male, approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, entered the store looking around, then pulled out a knife, and demanded money. The victim gave the offender money from the cash register.
