Moultrie Businesses Caught Selling to Minors

liquor beer alcohol MOULTRIE, GA -Moultrie police have busted 12 stores for selling alcohol to minors. The Moultrie police started the three-week operation on October 10th, and it ran until October 27th. Out 567 attempts only 12 times were agents allowed to buy alcohol. The city currently has 58 active liquor licenses, including two establishments which are not currently open. The businesses will face possible actions from the Moultrie City Council, and the individuals who sold the alcohol will face judicial action in the Moultrie Municipal Court.
