US Marshals Capture Puerto Rican Fugitive In Tifton

US-Marshal-badgeA man wanted on attempted murder charges and multiple weapons violations in Puerto Rico has been found and captured at a home in Tifton. US Marshals arrested 28-year old Jayson Santiago-Hidalgo over the weekend at a house on Love Avenue.

Authorities arrested Santiago-Hidalgo without incident on Friday. He also faces additional charges of attempting to escape law enforcement after he ran from officers while being taken into custody.

He remains in the Tift County Jail while he awaits extradition back to Puerto Rico.
