Valdosta Man Dies In Fiery US-41 Wreck

FHPTroopervehicle editHamilton County, FL- A Valdosta man has died following a one-car accident on US-41 late Friday night. A report from the Florida Highway Patrol states 32-year old Miller Grow was driving southbound on US-41 when he clipped a mailbox with his 1988 Ford truck.

That small incident caused Grow to overcorrect, sending him across both lanes, into a grassy shoulder, and into a tree. Upon hitting the tree, the truck then caught fire with Grow trapped inside.

He was pronounced dead on the scene by Hamilton County EMS.
