Alapaha Police Search for Dollar General Robbers

dollar-generalAlapaha Police are searching for two men who robbed a Dollar General around 10:30 p.m. last night.

The two men entered the store armed with guns and demanding cash. The pair left with a bank deposit bag containing a couple hundred dollars. Police describe the thieves as two black males dressed in all black with white socks on their hands.

The incident marks the first armed robbery in Alapaha in three years.
